ADHD, Anxiety Depression. Learn skills to help manage these.
I am a Bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience specializing in working with children (from ages 2 to 17), young adults, and families. I have helped children and their families dealing with a variety of issues including learning difficulties, ADHD, behavioral problems, anxiety, depression, and loss to name a few.
I work with families going through difficult life transitions such as divorce, death or loss. I also work with parents on strengthening their parenting and communication skills so they can have an overall better bond with their children. I believe that respect and understanding are the foundation to any therapeutic relationship. I assist individuals to identify their own goals and teach them the skills and practical solutions to relieve emotional or mental concerns and develop more fulfilling relationships.
