Cancellation Policy

A scheduled appointment is a reservation of time for the client. Therefore, a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment. Clients who fail to give twenty- four hours notice will be charged their regular fee for the appointment. Our office does not call clients to remind them of scheduled appointments.
